Madonna and Me archiveSet in Whiston a suburb of Liverpool during the eighties to the nineties, Madonna and Me is a journey of discovery through a landscape of the school disco, the 'Who's that Girl World Tour' at London's Wembley Stadium, Butlin's Holiday Camp and the street where they all grew up, 'Around Ours'. This coming of age tale shows how the friends you have as a teenager are not necessarily the friends you have as an adult, and how an American pop star influences their lives and how a simple song and video can change a person's life. Madonna and Me is centred around friendship and loyalty because friendship is about loyalty. Isn't it?
