Mandy Evans, from the small town of Merthyr Tydfil in the South Wales Valleys, has never been one to settle for the mundane things in life. She doesn't cook or clean and definitely never ever wants kids! She's not one for completing tasks either - especially the long, boring, arduous ones! She'd much rather skip off with a large gin, in pursuit of happier, more fulfilling adventures. This is not such a problem at twenty-one, but at forty-five...
