This brutal and shocking play explores the devastating effects of war through the relationship of a mother and a young boy soldier. Set in an occupied territory, the mother and the boy develop an unexpected understanding after he forcibly moves himself into her home. But the news that her only son has been killed at the front unleashes a tide of bitterness and violence.
