Artstart and the people of Edmonton present an extraordinary tale of fun, feuds and futures from a collective cast of mixed abilities with lyrical movement, creative costumes and stirring song. After 3 months continuous rain the residents of a tower block are anxious about the changes taking place including strange whispers and scurrying in the walls. The normally fractious children are united on a secret mission, the smallest of the blocks residents conspire with their leader, seemingly human, to become the catalyst for life changing lessons, two lovers, from worlds apart struggle to unite their cultures.
