From costume-clad crusaders to the gloriously garish chanteuse Lady Blah Blah to sporting legends, we ask what is a hero, how do you sign up to become one and, most crucially, what do you do on your day off. Blending dramatic performance with original dance and song, No More Heroes is a celebration of those who keep our planet safe, the ones who arrive just in time to save the day, swinging on ropes that never snap, hidden behind masks that never come off and donning tights that never ever get laddered. And then there are the invisible ones, whose identity is truly a secret. The real heroes without the sparkle, the fancy costumes or superpowers who just get on with it every day. The accidental heroes who just happen to be the in the wrong place at the wrong time. The ones that get scared and just want to be anywhere - or anyone - else. It's a crazy old world out there and someone's got to save it. If you're not careful, it might just be you.
