Refract archiveAlex and Sam have been together for years. They have the kind of relationship where they can say anything to each other. But sometimes what you can say, and what you should say, are two very different things. In ?Refract', Alex and Sam's domestic back and forth disintegrates into a darker discussion, as their roles within their relationship are called into question. Who is in control of their money? Who is in control of their sex life? And who is in control of their future? ?Refract' asks the question: is context everything? Are the circumstances of the argument, and the person saying the words, more important than what they are actually saying? Or are there some things that are unforgiveable, no matter who says them?
