The story of frustrated young (illegally young in modern terms) love and death and the vendetta between two families in a tight-knit Italian community. One of Shakespeare's most popular and enduring dramas it has also been re-done as film, ballet, musical (most notably "West Side Story") and ice spectacular!

User Review: 18Dec04: Great production. My only complaint was Gideon Turner as Mercutio. I thought that the lines were spoken to fast and he lacked the wit and finesse Mercution should have. He came across too cocky and pretentious. I thought Matthew Rhys, June Watson, Leo Wringer and John Normington were excellent and I enjoyed the play thoroughly. Would definitely recommend it. - Danielle
