Self Help is a light-hearted romantic comedy about Victoria's quest for a soul mate or rather, a bed-mate! Surviving dodgy dating agencies, she discovers true empowerment and possibly more satisfaction than even she could have imagined. Respect is a dark, disturbing thriller which reflects on how the excitement of a one-night stand can so easily and quickly twist in the sobering reality of daylight. Run time: 90 mins (2 shows + 20 minute interval)
