Sikhs In the City archiveLife's an audition. But some of us don't get it! Sody Singh Kahlon takes a break from the Funjabis Asian comedy group to play a host of eccentric and extraordinary characters in this fast-paced, multimedia comedy of acceptance versus beliefs. When a struggling British Sikh gets yet another slap from multicultural Britain he is forced to begin a journey of acceptance in the prejudiced metropolis. As the schizoid Sikh confronts his inner east-west divide, he plunges into his hilarious memories of families, traditions, loves and losses in an attempt to balance the cultural cocktail that's sipped by the British and drunk in gallons by the Punjabis. Warning: Asian parents who want their children to become Accountants should not watch this show. Sikhs In the City website.
