Adapted from the screenplay, Sister Act. When a night club singer witnesses a gangland murder, she is forced to hide from the outside world. To her horror, the police decide that the safest place for her is a closed order of nuns. But soon she has transformed the convent choir into an outfit with soul and 'attitude', and encouraged the sisters to reach out to their community.
