Smoking in the Boys' Room
T0797360796
A group of students in an undisclosed area of England are blissfully unaware that they inhabit the archetypes handed out to them by social standing. Their figure of authority the Deputy Head is struggling with his own disenchantment at the school system and its need for bureaucracy. As they each face the realities of growing up, their conflicts, friendships and romances collide as they try to find their own way to survive the school system. As the play races towards its conclusion, it is at once a celebration and an indictment of what it is to be young and naive.
