In 2015, The Citizens Theatre's Young Company celebrates its 10th anniversary. Over the past decade the company has provided many young people aged 18-22 with opportunities to develop skills and make work, including over 16 productions. Our current crop of young theatre-makers has been working on a new project inspired by the Citizens' world premiere of Douglas Maxwell's Fever Dream: Southside. This new piece, Southside Stories, with a cast of 20, draws on interviews with a cross section of people who live and work in Govanhill, one of the most diverse and dynamic parts of our city.
