Stories on Stage

A few months ago, up-and-coming writers from the region Ava Ming, Gill Ryland and Norman Samuda Smith were commissioned to come up with short stories on the theme of change. After working closely with directors, these pieces have now been lifted off the page and put on stage. Professional actors will give a 'script in hand' performance that is sure to bring out the drama of the stories far more powerfully than a conventional reading could do. The performance will be followed by a discussion where there will be plenty of opportunity to ask writers, actors and directors how the show was put together.
