Details

The peace and tranquility of Blandings Castle has been shattered by the mysterious disappearance of Lord Emsworth's prize pig, the Empress Of Blandings. Fearing the worst - that the Empress has been kidnapped or even turned into sausages - Emsworth launches a comprehensive pig hunt. But other residents at Blandings are more worried about searching for totty than trotters...Exquisitely witty, Wodehouse's portrayal of life at Blandings is a delightful glimpse into a paradaisical world where one holidays in Biarritz, motors down to the country in a two-seater and always takes tea on the lawn.
