Prospero, head of a family of outcasts shipped up on an island of plastic waste, is dying. As his memories become as intermittent as the signals that reach their floating gyre, treachery trickles through the tribe. Public Artists present Tempest : a dystopian deconstruction of Shakespeare's play, accompanied by live music made from the movement of the River Thames.
