A celebration of women's courage, perseverance and down-right outrageousness! The play is composed of true-life stories from women around the world, including the tales of a disabled woman who launches a 'pee protest' to secure accessible toilets at her college, an Asian woman who risks her life to make a documentary exposing sex-trafficking in India, and a female entrepreneur opening the first ever sex shop for women in the USA. Afterwards, there will be an open-mic session and the audience will be invited to share their stories of women doing audacious, oestrogen-fuelled things! An exciting, unique theatre experience for women and men alike. Part of International Women's Day Merseyside's project to promote women's activism in Liverpool. All profits will go to Merseyside Women’s Movement nominated charities: RASA - Merseyside’s Rape & Sexual Assault Support Service and Seema - a Bangladeshi women’s village helping to support women through poverty & trauma. After the show the audience is invited to join in an open mic session to tell their own stories of ovarian bravery.
