The Country of the Blind archiveAdapted from a short story by H.G. Wells. A parable from the mountains of South America. A man called Nunez falls from a mountain. He finds himself in a beautiful valley where everyone is blind. The people of the valley live peacefully, working through the cold night and sleeping in the warm day. They do not believe in the idea of sight. A story of ambition, power and rejection.
