The Mayors of these two great cities have put their heads together and come up with a plan to leave the South behind. With some careful planning and a bit of fracking the united North is making a break for it. Westminster have woken up to the fact that they might have to live in a country without Eccles Cakes and politeness so they are putting whatever spanners they can find into the works.
