The Last Hours of the Glorious Life of Saladin the Sultan
T0962691709
This play (performed in Persian) is about the last hours of an Iranian charged with the murder of nineteen prostitutes, for which crime he has been condemned to death by hanging. The play is a flash back as he remembers how poverty, religious prejudice and superstitions, and the unpunished murder of his mother at the hands of his father, brought him to where he now finds himself.
