A brilliantly witty and frighteningly relevant tragi-grotesque by the celebrated Polish playwright, Slawomir Mrozek. By pushing absurd premises to logical extremes, Morzek reveals the mechanisms of power in society and shows the individual as weak and doomed to be defeated by the forces that surround him. In a world of absurd bills, decrees, acts and regulations, being a law-abiding citizen does not always pay off... This one-night production is a workshop performance, the clumination of a week's open performance project for adults from the region.
