Shakespeare couldn't have resisted writing a play about Margaret Thatcher if he'd been alive - but he wasn't so instead "The Rise and Fall of Magbeth" gleefully pillages not only the Scottish Play but most of the Bard's canon to create this fast and hilarious black comedy.
