Sequel to The Wizard of Oz, where the Scarecrow is now the ruler of Oz, the Wicked Witch has stolen the Scarecrow's brains, the Lion's courage and the Tinman's heart. So, when another cyclone whirls Dorothy and Toto back to the Land of Oz, the four friends go to the Mountain of Darkness to get them back.
