A community of underground dwellers worship at an altar of broken down machinery and a door, believing that one day the door will open and they will go outside - whatever that may be. The community is governed by officials from the higher levels, but what happens when the 'Low-levellers' start to demand a part in the revered ceremony of the door - and where does 'the other door' lead?
