It's Christmas Eve at everyone's favourite catalogue retail store in Hornchurch. It's the day after the staff party. Someone's leaving. Someone is in love. Someone wants to find their dad. But no one cares if you have a dream because on this day of the year, working in a store on the high street is a living nightmare. Twistmas is a festive comedy about the horrors of retail and the joys of community.
