Wax and Feathers archiveA virus is causing wings to grow from human backs. The story follows Isabella, a grocer's daughter with an itch, and her attempts to escape the village in which she was raised. Wax and Feathers is a tale of leaving home when all your memories are rooted in soil. The production was inspired by a Primo Levi short story The Great Mutation, part of his lesser known fantastical work which questions the relationship between science and imagination.
