White archiveDerek has everything a man could want. He owns his own business. He has a beautiful family and long standing friends. His youngest son has just turned 18 and his oldest is due back from his first tour of Afghanistan in a week's time. Derek has a secret. His business is mortgaged up to the hilt and the life he leads hangs in the balance as he buries his head in the sand and his world collapses around him. What should he fight for? What choices do we make at home, at work and at war? An urgent new play looking at the nature of relationships and communities striving to preserve their identities and traditions against the backdrop of a violently changing world order.
