After discovering her husband's darkest secret hidden at the back of his sock draw, Cass realises it's time to go. The much maligned housewife runs away to the honeymoon capital of America, armed only with a list of a hundred things to do before you die and the desire to find the life she never had the chance to enjoy. Along the way she meets a host of bizarre characters and finds herself thrust through a range of increasingly implausible yet worryingly familiar situations as she hurtles towards the inevitable denouncement... and all she wanted to do was find the meaning of life!
