The birth of a brother dethrones the king of the house (a Spanish expression used for their son) and his place is taken by the baby. But if the baby leaves the throne, who is going to take it? Maybe the older brother? But he is going to have a difficult time because there are other dethroned kings who are ready to do anything to take the throne, and thereby, control the entire world. This is The King of the House, a play about jealousy between brothers and the desire for power.
