Esther Freud

T0
Born in 1963 in London, Esther Freud trained as an actress and has since worked as an actress and writer. Her first novel, Hideous Kinky, was shortlisted for the John Llewellyn Rhys Prize, and filmed starring Kate Winslet, Granta selected her as one of the Best of Young British Novelists. She will be reading from her latest novel, The Wild, a brilliant clear-eyed evocation of the collision of families and step-families.
