The project, now in it’s sixth year, selected 30 aspiring artists and producers from open auditions and empowered them to write, record and promote Purgatory under expert guidance. Giving this urban youth project its distinctive and aspirational edge, Urban Collective challenges young people to tackle a classic text, tapping into their creativity and imaginations to question how the epic story resonates today.
