Tchaikovsky's Women
T0
Christopher Nupen's gripping film explores Tchaikovsky's relationship with the ladies in his life - and those in his work. Sometimes, indeed, there was little difference between the two. Many of Tchaikovsky's most famous moments are performed by leading artists, including the ballerina Cynthia Harvey and the soprano Helen Field. The music is conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy.
