Karl Rouse, Lecturer within Alternative Theatre and New Performance Practice at the Central School of Speech and Drama, will discuss the theatre and performance influences of John Bock. He will also discuss methods of re-imagining traditional artistic boundaries, particularly within the relationship between performer, spectator and space. Influential figures within the arena of alternative theatre will be considered, such as John Bock, Robert Wilson, Richard Schechner, Allan Kaprow and John Cage.
