Details

Neil Astley, justly famous as the editor of Bloodaxe Books which he founded in 1978, is also an accomplished poet. He received an Eric Gregory Award for his collection The Speechless Act, Darwin Survivor, his second collection was given a Poetry Book Society recommendation and his third, Biting My Tongue, was published in 1995. Neil, who was born near Fareham, will read from his work and talk about his work as an editor.
