A fun day learning and playing with basic ideas, props and techniques from the current juggling movement. The workshop includes ball and club juggling, club and polespinning, contact juggling and diabolo, and explores the use of modern music and light effects. This approach to juggling involves a focus on movement and illusion and is a wonderful exercise for both mind and body. Jago and Sarah perform and teach juggling on the current festival scene and have shared their skills in both Europe and South America. Suitable for complete beginners to intermediate. Age 14-140
