Voices is the inaugural programme for his new company of two works with linked themes:
Ahotsak is a journey through Luciana Berio's haunting composiion, "Naturale". Six extraordinary dancers explore the walls that surround us - both real and imaginary. The result is sometimes violent, sometimes tender but always innovative.
Set Boundaries is an urgent and stylish work highlighting how the voice can be used as a weapon of power. Using a dramatic new score by celebrated electronic composer Matthew Herbert, the dancers play out nightmares of powerlessness and dreams of escape. Pentland Theatre
