Indepen-dance is an award winning inclusive dance company for disabled and non-disabled people to enjoy, express, and fulfil their potential through dance. Our mission is to enable participation in high quality arts provision and improve wellbeing, quality of life and provide opportunities for disabled and non-disabled dancers in both the professional and non-professional dance sectors. Now. Now! World Premiere - Choreographer Natasha Gilmore takes a playful look at the urgency of ?Now' in this her first choreography for the Indepen-dance. Responding to the individuals within the group Natasha has created a moving and funny piece, set to live music. Goldfish - "My name is Owen, and the world moves too fast for my liking. Sometimes, I wish I were an aquanaut - floating, gliding and taking my time, quietly." Watching the world through his aquarium, Owen Moon's imagination begins to seep into his everyday life. When reality starts to shake his dream world, Owen submerges himself deeper into a fantasy full of fish, space and MTV.
