Doug will show a fine collection of historical images illustrating his climbs and expeditions from Derbyshire gritstone in the fifties on to the big walls of Europe, Yosemite, Baffin Island and the Himalaya. Hear how his passion for climbing led him up Everest via the South West Face and on to help the village people who helped him and his friends climb some 45 peaks in Asia.
