Dominic O'Brien, 8 times winner of the World Memory Championship and current holder of that title, who once memorised 2808 playing cards in 12 hours, meets the pre-eminent biologist, Professor Steven Rose, whose subject is the chemical basis for memory, and author of From Brains to Consciousness: Essays in the New Sciences of the Mind. They present a fascinating evening in two parts to round off our season on Memory and Amnesia.
