This Open Week will offer a series of recitals, masterclasses and discussions designed to introduce the eight people joining the Vilar Young Artists Programme in September 2002 to the public: sopranos Ha Young Lee and Ailish Tynan, mezzo sopranos Tove Dahlberg and Ekaterina Gubanova, tenor Hubert Francis, repetiteur Adrian Kelly, stage director Tomasz Konina and conductor Yuval Zorn. The five singers currently on the Programme - sopranos Gweneth-Ann Jeffers and Sally Matthews, tenor Edgaras Montvidas, baritone Grant Doyle and bass-baritone Darren Jeffery - will also take part.
