Production details

James Yorkston has been an influence on K T Tunstall and The Beta Band. He’s toured with Lambchop and Tindersticks and - along with Kind Creosote - is part of the acclaimed Fence Collective. Oh, and he’s also been produced by Four Tet. Through Domino Records and Faber he has a book out called It’s Lovely to Be Here: The Touring Diaries of a Scottish Gent. Tonight he will be playing songs (contemporary, alt-folk) from throughout his career and reading from his book. The ever-popular comedienne Josie Long is his support act for tonight, and what she’ll do is anyone’s guess. But expect her usual, unique brilliance.
