Britain's biggest and most exciting touring dance company who often tour two programmes at a time. Dancing to a mixture of musical styles they provide enormously watchable evenings. In 2012, Mark Baldwin celebrates ten years at the helm of Rambert. As artistic director he has presented the work of over 20 international choreographers and commissioned more than 25 world premieres. To commemorate this anniversary year, Mark has created What Wild Ecstasy, a modern day take on Nijinsky's 100 year old L'Apr?s-midi d'un faune. Rambert's version of this influential work will also be performed, revived by the Company for the first time in almost 30 years.
