An exquisite, miniaturist duet from Central America, Shy Shining Walls is a story of the male-female relationship, played out in five parts, with a cracking soundtrack from Arvo Part, Kevin Volans, Wim Mertens and others. Two chairs, a man, a woman and a percussion track rocking from industrial to primeval; so begins this exploration into the innermost workings of that most intimate of relationships.
