Stories to Tell in the Middle of the Night

"A live late night radio show for those that can't sleep."Francesca Millican-Slater has woven a mix of stories reminiscent of Tales of the Unexpected which she tells in a smooth, late-night DJ voice and minimal action. There are lots of stories here, from going to sleep, through the middle of the night to pre-dawn. All work, some are fabulous little gems - I genuinely wish I had these as podcasts for last thing at night - I'd go to sleep happy - think Nightvale but way better.

Odd that this show is on in the morning, and odd to me that the links are not spoken in the darlk (with just the blue lit table) which I think would have added to the feeling of sharing something a bit special.

The stories are not neat little packages, which makes them all the more delicious, they are all left slightly hanging, leaving you to fill in whatever endings and resolutions you want at a later date. If Francesca has more stories I would love to hear her read them ... it could get addictive!
